Analog Devices HMC1126Low Noise Amplifiers are designed as gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifiers. The amplifiers operate from 2 to 50GHz. The HMC1126 amplifiers require 65mA from a 5V supply and offer 11dB gain, 28dBm output IP3, and 17.5dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression.
