HV2621/2721/2722 Analog Switches
Microchip Technology HV2621/2721/2722 Analog Switches are 16-channel and 300V high-voltage switches with low harmonic distortion and low charge injection. These analog switches feature 3.3V or 5V CMOS input logic level, 33MHz data shift clock frequency, and 10µA very low quiescent current. The HV2621/2721/2722 switches provide good noise immunity and come with cascadable serial data register with latches. These switches employ two integrated bleed resistors on the outputs. The HV2621/2721/2722 switches provide low parasitic capacitance and flexible operating supply voltage. Typical applications include high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage control signals such as medical ultrasound imaging, driving piezoelectric transducers, and printers.
