Switching Regulator Boost Converters
ROHM Semiconductor Switching Regulator Boost Converters feature integrated FETs and power MOSFETs with 1-channel and 2-channel variants. These boost converters operate across various input voltage ranges from 0.6V to 5.5V. The switching regulator boost converters operate at temperature ranges of -40°C to 85°C, -25°C to 85°C, -35°C to 85°C, and -40°C to 125°C. These boost converters include synchronous and non-synchronous variants.
