VORAGO VA108x0 ARM® Cortex®-M0 MCUs are manufactured using HARDSlL® technology and offer superior operational lifetimes under extreme temperatures. The VA10800 and VA10820 are deisgned for high reliability applications  in extreme radiation environments. The VA10800 is optimized for high-temperature environments and uses lower power flip-flop storage elements. The VA10820 includes Error Detection And Correction (EDAC) logic on the internal memories. This EDAC is byte based for optimum performance and reliability. The VA10820 also includes Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) with voting on all internal flip-flop storage elements.
