These SQI Flash Memory devices boost performance while maintaining the compact form factor of standard serial devices. The SST26 SQI is manufactured with high-performance CMOS SuperFlash® Technology and significantly improves performance and reliability while lowering power consumption. This flash memory operates at frequencies reaching 80 MHz, making it ideal for Bluetooth® headsets, optical disk drives, and GPS applications.
