The NCP1595A is a current mode PWM buck converter with integrated power switch and synchronous rectifier. It can provide up to 1.5A output current with high conversion efficiency. High frequency PWM control scheme can provide a low output ripple noise. Thus it allows the usage of small size passive components to reduce the board space. In a low load condition the controller will automatically change to PFM mode which provides a higher efficiency at low load. The NCP1595A is pin to pin compatible to the 2A NCP1597A.

The FAN2011/FAN2012 is a high-efficiency, low-noise synchronous Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) current mode DC-DC converter, designed for low voltage applications. It provides up to 1.5A continuous load current from the 4.5V to 5.5V input. The output voltage is adjustable over a wide range of 0.8V to VIN by means of an external voltage divider. The FAN2011 is always on, while the FAN2012 has an "Enable Input," and the device can be put in the shutdown mode, in which the ground current falls below 1A. A current mode control loop with a fast transient response ensures excellent line and load regulation. The fixed 1.3MHz switching frequency enables the user to choose a small, inexpensive external inductor and capacitor. Filtering is also easily accomplished with very small components. LMR10510/10515/10520 Step-Down Voltage Regulators
OMO Electronic LMR10510 / LMR10515 / LMR10520 Step-Down Voltage Regulators are monolithic, high frequency, PWM devices providing all the active functions for local DC/DC conversion with fast transient response and accurate regulation in the smallest possible PCB area. TI LMR10510 and LMR10515 drive 1A and 1.5A loads, respectively, with an internal 130mΩ PMOS switch while the LMR10520 drives 2A loads with an internal 150mΩ PMOS switch. The world-class control circuitry of these step-down voltage regulators allows on-times as low as 30ns for exceptionally high frequency conversion over the entire 3V to 5.5V input operating range down to the minimum output voltage of 0.6V. Switching frequency is internally set to 1.6 or 3.0MHz, allowing the use of extremely small surface mount inductors and chip capacitors.Learn More
