S5D5 ARM MCUs
Renesas Synergy™ S5D5 ARM MCUs provide a high-performance ARM Cortex® M4 core running up to 120MHz. These MCUs feature up to 1MB code flash memory, 384KB SRAM, Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit (CTSU), 12-Bit A/D Converter (ADC12), and 12-Bit D/A Converter (DAC12). The S5D5 MCUs include Ethernet MAC Controller (ETHERC), Ethernet DMA Controller (EDMAC), USB 2.0 full-speed, Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI), security, safety, and analog features. These MCUs operate at a voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V and operating temperature ranges from -40ºC to 85ºC. The S5D5 MCUs are ideal for home, industrial, and automation applications.
