NXP Semiconductors 74LVC1G/74AUP2G 2-input NAND & AND Gates provide either the single 2-input NAND function or the dual 2-input AND function. Schmitt-trigger action at all inputs makes these circuits tolerant for slower input rise and fall times. NXP Semiconductors 74LVC1G/74AUP2G 2-input NAND & AND Gates are fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing a damaging backflow current through the devices when they are powered down.
