Si8751/52 Isolated FET Drivers
Silicon Labs Si8751/52 Isolated FET Drivers with Pin Control or Diode Emulator Inputs presents a simple way to create custom solid state relay (SSRs) configurations. The devices combine robust isolation technology with an SSR FET driver. This forms a complete isolated switch with very efficient FET gate drive capability and robust isolation. Flexible outputs support driving AC or DC load configurations. Inputs provide digital CMOS pin control (Si8751) or diode emulation (Si8752) to appropriately suit the application.
