SST12LP17E / SST12LP18E 2.4GHz RF Power Amplifier Solutions
Microchip SST12LP17E RF power amplifier module and SST12LP18E RF power amplifier are 2.4GHz devices featuring operating voltages as low as 2.7V and a linear output power as high as 18.5dBm at 2.5 percent EVM using IEEE 802.11g OFDM 54Mbps or 23.5dBm for IEEE 802.11b with a high power-added efficiency of up to 38 percent for IEEE 802.11b. Microchip SST12LP17E is the smallest fully matched power amplifier module in its class, requiring only one DC bypass capacitor to achieve optimum performance. SST12LP18E offers the lowest operating voltage of any Microchip RF power amp while operating at -20 to +85ºC. These Microchip devices are ideal for embedded WLAN applications in cell phones, game consoles, printers, tablets, and other consumer electronics.Learn More
