PS9305L 2.5A Photocoupler
The CEL PS9305L 2.5A photocoupler is an optically coupled isolator containing a GaAIAs LED on the input side and a photo diode, a signal processing circuit and a power output transistor on the output side on one chip. The CEL PS9305L photocoupler is designed for high common mode transient immunity, high output current, and high switching speed. The CEL PS9305L photocoupler is ideal for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs.
