LMZ236xx power modules are available in output currents up to 10A with additional features for powering high current intermediate rails, FPGAs, and noise sensitive applications. LMZ23603 / LMZ23605 /LMZ23608 /LMZ23610 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Modules can accept an input voltage railbetween 6V and 36V and deliver an adjustable, highly accurate outputvoltage as low are 0.8V. These TI power modules have either 3A(LMZ23603), 5A (LMZ23605), 8A (LMZ23608), or 10A (LMZ23610) output current and offerefficiency of up to 92%. These power modules have a -40to +125ºC junction temperature range and provide fast transientresponse for FPGAs and ASICs.
