TPS2294x Load Switches
OMO Electronic TPS2294x Load Switches provide protection to systems and loads in high-current conditions. The TI TPS22946 ultra-low power load switch contains a 300mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.62V to 5.5V and also features ultra-low quiescent current of 1µA (typical). The TI TPS22941and TPS22944 load switches contain a 400mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET. TI TPS2294x load switches are designed for use in a variety of applications, including low-current sensor protection, portable consumer electronics, mobile phones, GPS devices, and more.
TPS229xx Load Switches
OMO Electronic TPS229xx Load Switches are small, low RON, single channel load switches with a controlled slew rate. Each device contains either an N-channel or P-channel MOSFET and is controlled by an on/off input, which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals. The small size and low RON of the TPS229xx Load Switches make them ideal for use in space constrained, battery-powered applications. The wide input voltage range of the switches makes them a versatile solution for many different voltage rails. The controlled rise time of these devices greatly reduces inrush current caused by large bulk load capacitances, thereby reducing or eliminating power supply droop. Certain TPS229xx Load Switches further reduce the total solution size by integrating a pull-down resistor for quick output discharge (QOD) when the switch is turned off.
