N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs
ON Semiconductor N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs are designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications and minimize the on-state resistance. The N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs use a silicon technology to dramatically improve performance and reduce overall system cost. With an integrated Schottky diode, these N-Channel PowerTrench® SyncFET™ MOSFETs offer similar performance (high power and current handling) of a separate MOSFET and Schottky rectifier in one package. This integration reduces space by as much as 50% and provides cost savings and manufacturing through-put (or "time") savings. Applications can include notebooks, servers, telecom, DC-DC buck converters, high efficiency DC-DC switch mode power supplies and synchronous rectifier for DC-DC converters.Learn More
