AL1676 High Power Factor Buck Led Drivers
Diodes Inc. AL1676 High Power Factor Buck Led Drivers are universal AC input (85~277 VAC) devices housed in an SO-7 package. The AL1676 provide accurate constant current (CC) with good line and load regulation. The devices operate at boundary conduction mode (BCM) to ease in EMI/EMC qualification and testing. A single buck stage driver works with a single winding inductor and high voltage MOSFET. This allows for fewer external components to lower bill of material (BOM) costs. Rich protection features enhance system safety and reliability. These features include under voltage lockout (UVLO), LED open/short, over voltage and over current.
