ZLDO1117 LDO Positive Regulator
Diodes Incorporated ZLDO1117 low dropout (LDO) positive adjustable or fixed-mode regulator features 1A output current capability. The Diodes Incorporated ZLDO1117 LDO positive regulator has a 2% tolerance across the industrial temperature range and is guaranteed to have lower than 1.2V dropout at full load current, making it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs of 1.2V to 5.0V with input supply voltages up to 18V. The Diodes Incorporated ZLDO1117 LDO positive regulator is ideally suited to providing well-regulated supplies for low voltage IC applications such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply across the whole industrial temperature range.
