BZT52 Zener Diodes
Nexperia BZT52 Zener Diodes are general-purpose Zener diodes in a small SOD123 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These diodes feature a wide 2.4V to 75V working voltage range and low differential resistance. Their compact size makes them ideal for space-constrained applications. These devices have been qualified in accordance with the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q101 - Stress Test qualification for discrete semiconductors, and are suitable for use in automotive applications.
