Advancements in both silicon and Dual CoolTM package technologies have been combined to offer the lowest rDS(on) while maintaining excellent switching performance by extremely ow Junction-to-Ambient thermal resistance.
PowerTrench® MOSFETs
ON Semiconductor PowerTrench® MOSFETs offer a broad portfolio of MOSFETs in the industry. These MOSFETs offer both N-Channel and P-Channel versions that are optimized for low RDS(ON) switching performance and ruggedness.
