Intel® Enpirion® EM2030, EM2120, EM2130, and EM2140 PowerSoCs are high-efficiency 20A, 30A and 40A step-down DC-DC switching converters with an integrated inductor. The PowerSoCs feature digital control with PMBus™ v1.2 compliant interface. The devices integrate power switches, inductors, gate drives, controllers, and compensation in a small 11x17mm QFN package.
