Comchip CZR53 5.0W Surface Mount Zener Diodes offer high peak power dissipation and high thermal resistance. These glass passivated diodes are available with a zener voltage range of 5.1V to 200V. They feature low leakage, low inductance and built-in strain relief. They are ideal for use in stabilizing supply rails from higher voltages and providing reference voltages for circuits.
