    From what I can tell so far the chip doesn't actually work. The LED won't turn on when powered and the chip can't be found by my PC or phones Bluetooth. The packing was ripped when it arrived so I suspect it was damaged in transit

    The transformer is slightly damaged. And damaged not during delivery, but initially, because. There is no broken piece of plastic in the bag.
